Welcome to Zervia
Zervia connects customers with local service providers. By using Zervia you agree to these terms. Zervia is a marketplace: providers are independent — we introduce, you decide.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password private. One account per person. You must be of legal age in your country to book services.
For providers
Listings must describe real services you can deliver. Fake, misleading, or illegal listings are removed and repeat offenders are banned. New providers are approved by our team before going public.
Payments
Subscriptions and boosts are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes may apply in your country. You can cancel subscriptions anytime from your billing page.
Fair play
No spam, scams, harassment, or fake reviews. Reviews may only come from real completed bookings. Breaking these rules can end your account.
Ending accounts
You can delete your account anytime from the privacy center. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with an explanation and a chance to appeal.
Changes to these terms
We'll post updates here and notify you of important changes before they take effect.
